Fahad Alnafjan

Fahad Alnafjan is a highly experienced Patents Expert at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since September 2020, previously serving as a Consultant at the Badir Program from March 2017 to September 2020, focusing on IP policy and management. Fahad's extensive career at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) from May 1991 to September 2020 included roles as a Senior Patent Specialist, Director of various examination sections, and Scientific Researcher, contributing significantly to Saudi Arabia's patent law evolution and training new patent examiners. In addition, Fahad acted as Legal Counsel for KACST and held advisory positions at the Gulf Cooperation Council's Patent Office, participating in the development and amendment of patent laws across the region. Fahad holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics Sciences from King Saud University and multiple seminars in Intellectual Property Law from renowned institutions.
