Amr Khalil

Amr Khalil's work experience began in 2008 as a Software Services Manager at IBM/Saudi Business Machines. In this role, they managed daily projects, assigned resources for customer support and services requests, and participated in services sales activities.

Amr then transitioned to Saudi Business Machines in 2011 as the Country Manager for Software Services, with responsibilities including department strategy and directions, appointing qualified skills, and managing the Software Services team to achieve targets.

In 2017, Amr became the Country Manager of IBM Software Group at Saudi Business Machines, where they took on the role of strategic direction and leadership for the group's operations in Saudi Arabia.

In January 2019, Amr Khalil was promoted to the position of Director of IBM Software Group at Saudi Business Machines. In this role, they operate at the CxO level and is responsible for the strategic direction of the IBM software group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Amr brings extensive experience in multinational business development, people management, sales management, large-scale project management, cloud solutions, and IT security solutions.

Amr Khalil earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the Faculity of Engineering, which they attended from 1985 to 1990. Amr also obtained an IBM Blockchain certification from IBM.
