Sulaiman Alqarawi

Sulaiman Alqarawi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Leader at Saudi Business Machines (SBM) since October 2011, Sulaiman has also held the role of HR Specialist, where expertise in employee relations and recruitment is demonstrated. Prior to SBM, Sulaiman worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Saudi Arabian Airlines from August 2007 to October 2010, focusing on customer service within a centralized contact center. Sulaiman holds a secondary school diploma from Al-Eaneya Private Schools, specializing in Sharia and literature. Additionally, Sulaiman is a CIPD Associate Member.
