Thamer Al Muhid

Thamer AlMuhid currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SAMI since February 2025. Prior to this role, Thamer was a Board Member and Group Chief Executive Officer at Saudi Chemical Company Holding from January 2020 to January 2025. Additional positions held include Executive Committee Member at the Saudi Thailand Business Council, Chairman of the Board of Directors at SINCO (Suez International Nitrate Company) in Egypt, and various roles at the Academy of Defence Industries, including Board of Directors member, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the RC from April 2022 to January 2025. Thamer holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management (2013-2016) and completed a workshop on Boards at GCC BDI in November 2020.
