Ahmed Moglan

Ahmed Moglan is a skilled Planning Engineer with extensive experience in urban and regional planning. Currently serving at GeotechOverseas since January 2022 and as an Associate Engineer at the Saudi Council of Engineers since September 2018, Ahmed also holds professional memberships with the Saudi Planners Association and Strategy Friends. Previous roles include Specialist at MASHARIQ and Planning Engineer at CAD&GIS Co. Ltd, where responsibilities included developing monitoring systems for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
