Mahdi Alzamanan is a Facilities Management Lead at the Academy of Defense Industries since August 2024, previously serving as Regional Manager for Facilities Management at Leejam Sports Company from October 2021 to August 2024. During this time, Mahdi oversaw the development and leadership of a team of over 70 personnel while implementing maintenance programs for over 80 facilities. Mahdi also held the position of Civil Engineer at Leejam Sports Company, managing projects across more than 76 club branches and ensuring successful project execution. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer at Al Rajhi Development, where Mahdi monitored construction activities and prepared inspection reports, and at Najran Municipality, focusing on the supervision of structural work. Mahdi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Najran University, earned between 2015 and 2019. Certifications include CFM®, PMP®, CMRP®, and OSHA®.
