Naif Al Otaibi PMP® PMI-RMP® CCNP® is a Projects Manager at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center since August 2021, overseeing low-current projects and security systems, and acting as the department head and administrator. Al Otaibi possesses expertise in drafting RFPs and evaluating technical bids. Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers has been held since May 2017, and prior experience includes roles as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP), where system efficiency and reliability were optimized, and as an Electrical Engineer in various capacities, including a training position at Saudi Electricity Company. Al Otaibi graduated from Shaqra University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
