Adnan Karsha has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Adnan is currently serving as the Audit Committee Chairman at ALSHIAKA since March 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at SEDCO Holding from 2017 to 2023, including Group VP - Internal Audit, Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit, Section Head - Internal Audit, and Internal Audit Manager. Adnan also served as an Audit Committee Member at Al Mahmal Facilities Services from 2019 to 2022. Adnan started their career at PwC in 2010 as an Assistant Manager - Risk Assurance Services and worked there until 2017. Before that, they worked at EY as a Senior Account Coordinator in Business Risk Services from 2008 to 2009 and at SABB as a Team Leader from 2006 to 2008.
Adnan Karsha attended Brindavan College from 2002 to 2006 and graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Information Technology. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) from The Institute of Internal Control.
