Ashraf Abbas

Ashraf Abbas has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Telecom. Operational & Services Manager at Saudi Electricity Company since November 2001, where responsibilities include implementing service level agreements and resolving customer complaints. Previously, Ashraf held positions as Section Head for the Communication Team outside Riyadh and as a Senior Telecom. Engineer, managing installation of microwave links and voice/data circuits. Prior experience includes serving as Projects Senior Engineer for Telecom. and Office Equipment at Hoshan Company Limited, where project analysis and departmental supervision were key duties, and as Sales Engineer for Communication and Office Equipment. Early career experience includes working as a Maintenance Engineer at International Office Equipment, focusing on the repair of office machinery. Ashraf holds a degree from Minufiya University, completed between 1985 and 1989.
