Dr. Abdullah Alshoaibi

Dr. Abdullah Alshoaibi serves as the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Manager at Saudi Electricity Company since 2013 and holds certifications as an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and internal Auditor for Environmental Management Systems. Additionally, Dr. Alshoaibi leads the Environmental Protection Group within the Safety & Environmental Protection Division in the West Region and represents the company in environmental strategic planning and sustainable development initiatives. With experience as an Environmental Expert since 2003, contributions include participation in workshops organized by the United Nations Environmental Program and training with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to the current role, Dr. Alshoaibi was the Environmental Permits Manager at the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment from 2003 to 2013. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from King Abdulaziz University.
