Khalid S. al-Ghamdi

Khalid S. Al-Ghamdi, MIS, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Alfaisal University and holds the position of Executive Vice President - Technical Services at Saudi Electricity Company since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Technical Services Business Line and optimizing the performance of assets. Khalid has held various senior roles at Saudi Aramco, including Digital Strategy, Investments and Growth Manager, and Head of Digital Strategy and Growth, overseeing digital transformation initiatives. With a strong background in control systems engineering and process automation from earlier roles at Saudi Aramco and Honeywell Process Solutions, Khalid has developed expertise in digital strategy, technical services, and project management. Khalid's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems from Phoenix College and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
