Mostafa Wahsh

Mostafa Wahsh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Saudi Electricity Company since March 2019, Mostafa provides comprehensive legal support and manages external legal services for optimal quality and efficiency. Prior to this role, Mostafa was Legal Compliance Manager at Etisalat Misr and held various positions at Telecom Egypt between May 2006 and March 2018, including Legal Senior Manager and Manager of Contracts & Corporate Governance. Experienced in corporate law, arbitration, and compliance, Mostafa has contributed to significant legal functions in a dynamic market and has participated in international legal conferences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Legal Business Transactions from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University, alongside specialized training in Arbitration.
