Murad Almestady

Murad Almestady is an accomplished executive in the energy sector, currently serving as the Corporate Planning and PMO Executive Director at Saudi Electricity Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Murad held the position of Services Director at GE Gas Power from March 2021 to June 2023 and served as the Saudi and Bahrain Operations Leader and PS Saudi Quality Leader at GE Power from April 2016 to October 2021. Murad's career began at GE in June 2010, where roles included leading power nozzle repairs and participating in the operational management leadership program. Murad holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, completed in 2010.
