Syed Omar

Syed Omar is a highly experienced Senior Network and Security Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company since December 2021. Prior to this role, Syed held positions as an IP Transport Engineer at AWTG Ltd from January 2015 to December 2021, and as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Ericsson from June 2012 to December 2014. Earlier career experience includes serving as a BSS Transmission Engineer and BSS Transmission/Commissioning Engineer at BATCO Group from June 2010 to June 2012. Syed Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2010, and another Bachelor's degree in the same field from IISR.
