Nada Alhaqbani Pmp, Kpi

Nada Alhaqbani has a diverse work experience. NADA is currently working at the Saudi Esports Federation as the Head of Corporate Excellence, where they oversee the implementation of quality and excellence initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Quality & Corporate Excellence Manager at the same organization.

Before their current role, Nada worked at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia as a Project Manager in Quality Assurance. In this position, they were responsible for managing estimation processes, reporting project abnormalities, and tracking projects under different departments.

Nada also has experience working at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - KSA. NADA served as a Project Manager, overseeing various initiatives related to the governance and classification of non-profit organizations. Additionally, they worked as a Project Quality Manager, participating in projects related to national employment portals and government resources.

In previous roles, Nada served as a Quality Manager, where they updated processes and implemented quality systems in various departments. NADA also worked as a Business Process Developer and Specialist of Document and Record Control.

Throughout their career, Nada has gained extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and corporate excellence. NADA has demonstrated their ability to drive organizational improvement and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
