Director General Of Customer Excellence at Saudi EXIM

Shaker Fahad Alotaibi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Shaker currently holds the position of Director General of Customer Excellence at Saudi EXIM Bank since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the General Director Strategy & Excellence and later as the General Manager Customer Excellence.

Before joining REDF, Shaker held the position of Senior Advisor, Customer Experience at Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) from 2016 to 2018. During their tenure at SAMA, they successfully led the SAMACares Initiative to enhance customer centricity in the financial sector.

Prior to SAMA, Shaker worked at Tawuniya from 2015 to 2016, where they served as the Director of Customer Experience Department. Shaker was responsible for building and managing the department to promote a customer-centric culture.

In 2014, Shaker worked at PNU as the Director of Customer Services & Experience. Shaker also served as a member of the University Hospital Commissioning & Independency Committees.

Shaker began their career at Mobily in 2009, where they held the roles of Executive Manager Customer Experience and later as Manager Consumer Support. Shaker played a crucial role in planning and implementing the customer experience strategy. Prior to Mobily, they worked as the CRM Manager at Mobily from 2004 to 2008, where they provided support in implementing IT strategy and roadmap.

In 2004, Shaker briefly worked at Saudi Telecom Company as an Enterprise Application Architect, focusing on designing IT applications architecture and functional models. Shaker started their career as a Graduate Trainee at National Guard Health Affairs in 2003.

Shaker Fahad Alotaibi completed a Certificate in the Leadership Development Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in the years 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences and Information Systems from King Saud University from 1999-2003. In addition, Shaker has also obtained a certification as an Oracle Certified Consultant in CRM from Oracle in March 2007.
