Haifa Almousa

Haifa AlMousa, SHRM-CP, ODCC, currently serves as the Leadership & Career Development Section Head and Senior OD & Workforce Planning Expert at the SFDA since January 2023. With a strong background in human resources, AlMousa previously held positions at the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia as a Faculty Training Member, focusing on training program development for HR practitioners from April 2016 to January 2023. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Advanced Wealth Strategies, Change Agent at Douglas J Aveda Institutes & Salons, and Training Consultant at Peace Neighborhood Center, alongside an early career position as an HR Officer at Jawwy. AlMousa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from King Saud University.
