Ali Ruiz

Ali Ruiz is a seasoned geoscientist with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Geosteering Geologist at the Saudi Geophysical Consulting Office since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as Reservoir Supervisor and Geology Manager at PDVSA PETROINDEPENDENCIA and PDVSA PETROCARABOBO JOINT VENTURE, where Ali coordinated teams and managed projects related to reservoir development and resource assessment. Ali's technical expertise encompasses real-time data interpretation, wellsite geology processes, and team collaboration across various disciplines, honed through leadership positions at multiple PDVSA subsidiaries. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston and a degree in Geology and Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
