Adel Bashamakh possesses extensive experience in IT network infrastructure, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Saudi Arabian Airlines Ground Services since January 2007. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Microsoft infrastructure solutions, managing Azure cloud services, and overseeing VMware and Citrix systems. Previous experience as IT Director at JICC involved operating and troubleshooting Microsoft systems and providing Level-2 support for customer issues. Adel holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, attained between 2010 and 2012.
