Ahmed Alzahri

Ahmed Alzahri has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked at Kamal Osman Jamjoom as a Salesperson and quickly rose to the position of Manager, successfully leading a team of 9 employees. In 2009, they joined Economic Link as a Human Resources Assistant, where they conducted orientations for new employees, evaluated existing employees, and assisted in the hiring process.

In 2013, Alzahri worked at Stony Brook Medicine as a Compliance Assistant, where they reviewed compliance and HIPAA regulations, attended meetings and training sessions, and gained knowledge in healthcare compliance.

Moving on to Petro Rabigh in 2014, Alzahri took on various project leadership roles. Notably, they were responsible for the Petro Rabigh Phase-II Technical Readiness (OJT) Project, where they managed all training and development activities for technicians and engineers outside the Kingdom, ensuring the successful startup and safe operation of the phase-II project.

Currently, Alzahri holds key positions at SGS - Saudi Ground Services. Since 2020, they have served as the Manager of Talent Management, overseeing talent development and management strategies. In addition, they have also held the roles of HRBPs Senior Manager, Training Academy Director, and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Throughout their career, Alzahri has obtained various certifications including SHRM-CP®, APTD®, and PMP®. Ahmed'swork experience showcases their expertise in human resources, training and development, and project management.

Ahmed Alzahri, SHRM-CP®, APTD®, PMP® holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they attained from Hofstra University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from King Abdelaziz University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their educational background, Ahmed has earned several professional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2022, and the Associate Professional in Talent Development certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in October 2021. Ahmed also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM, which they achieved in 2019.
