Awn Alharthi started their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Care Specialist at Binzagr Company. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Care Assistant at Hertz. Then in 2018, they joined SGS - Saudi Ground Services as a Customer Care Support Analyst. They later became a Senior Customer Specialist at SGS from March 2019 to February 2020. In 2019, Awn Alharthi also took on the role of Vice President at Heraa Sport Club under the Ministry of Sport. Currently, they are working as the Head of Customer Care at SGS - Saudi Ground Services since February 2021.

Awn Alharthi completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce, from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Awn has obtained several certifications including "SGHA-SLA and Effective Negotiation Behaviors" from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2022, "Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management System Awareness Based on ISO45001:2018" from RICI Company in 2019, "International Certificate in IT Skills Foundation" from STADS Cambridge Assessment International Examination in 2017, "The Managers and Supervisors" from SkillPath Seminars in 2012, and "Certificate attended a course" from the Saudi Arabian Center for Computer Training in 2005.
