Hessa Alsunaid

Hessa AlSunaid, CIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Hessa has previously held various positions at Riyad Bank, including Talent Acquisition Team Leader and Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager and Recruitment Executive at Tawuniya, as well as COOP Human Resources Assistant & Organizer at the King Salman Center for Disability Research. Hessa holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from King Saud University and a High School Diploma from Oakwood International, alongside professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
