Saad Afzal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Executive Director of Finance at Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC) since July 2022, Saad previously held significant positions including Senior Corporate Advisor to the CEO at Sojitz Corporation for the MEA region and Chief Financial Officer at Dhuruma Electricity Company. From July 2013 to February 2021, Saad was the Head of Financial Reporting & Control at Petro Rabigh and worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG for 16 years. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAEW, participation in the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives at IMD, and a specialization in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a Fellow Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
