Dawn Venturas

Dawn Venturas is a highly accomplished sports professional currently serving as the Head Coach for the Saudi Paralympic Swimming team at the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, with notable achievements at the World Championships in Berlin 2024. With extensive experience in sports coaching and development, Dawn has previously held leadership positions at Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club, where a Long Term Athlete Programme was successfully implemented, and at Coach DXB, the largest female sports coaching company in the Middle East. Dawn's career spans roles in sports consulting with PwC, alumni relations at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and various coaching and development positions across the UAE and UK. Dawn has a Bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is recognized for contributions to women and youth in sports, motivational speaking, and talent leadership.
