Noura Alissa is a Senior International Policy Specialist at the Ministry of Energy, having previously worked as a Senior Analyst in Policy & Impact at Takamol Holding. Noura is also a National Athlete in the Saudi Arabian Taekwondo Federation and has served as a Political Analysis Intern at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.
