Ahmed Sayed

Ahmed Sayed, MSc, is a seasoned professional in business development and engineering with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development, Strategy, and Growth at Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC since June 2025, Ahmed previously held key managerial roles at ACCIONA, including Saudi Branch Manager and Regional Business Development Manager. Notably, Ahmed served as the Senior Business Development Manager at Dar Al Arkan Properties and as Deputy General Manager at POSCO E&C, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing bidding for energy, water, and infrastructure projects in the MENA region. Earlier career milestones include positions at Samsung C&T, Dolphin Steel Construction, Kele Contracting LLC, and Laing O'Rourke, where engineering, project management, and site supervision were pivotal. Ahmed holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Cairo University.
