Engr. Muhammad Jafar Ishaq

Engr. Muhammad Jafar Ishaq is a qualified Civil Engineer with a diverse range of experience in quality control and site engineering within the infrastructure sector. Currently working as a QC Civil Engineer at Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC since December 2023, Muhammad oversees QA/QC inspections for major projects, including the Almanar Phase 01 Infrastructure. Prior roles include Quality Control Inspector at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company from August 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing earthworks and utility works for the Third Ring Road project in Makkah, and Site Engineer at AHM Enterprises, managing roadworks and utilities for DHA Peshawar Infrastructure. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar and postgraduate diplomas in BIM and Construction Management, along with additional training in project planning using Primavera P6.
