Quaisar Anwar

Quaisar Anwar has a strong background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with a career spanning over 25 years. Quaisar is currently working as the Executive Director of Global Core Procurement & Capex Projects at SPIMACO, where they are responsible for the company's procurement strategies and managing capex projects. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager & CEO of API Subsidiary CAD, where they successfully turned around the business performance and managed heavy debt.

Before joining SPIMACO, Quaisar Anwar worked at Fresenius Kabi as the Vice President of Operations and whole-time Director, where they oversaw the operations for large and small volume parenteral nutrition. Quaisar also served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Recipharm, where they were responsible for turning around the operations and managing manufacturing operations at three plants.

Earlier in their career, Quaisar Anwar held leadership roles at Granules India Limited, Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., Neuland Laboratories Limited, and Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre. These roles exposed him to various aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing, operational excellence, and business development.

Throughout their career, Quaisar Anwar has demonstrated a strong track record of improving operational efficiencies, turning around businesses, and driving cost savings through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Quaisar is known for their ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational growth.

Quaisar Anwar holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Quaisar also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Amravati University. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Aditya Birla Group (Indian Statistical Institute) in 2004.
