Abdulrahman Alulaiyan

Abdulrahman Alulaiyan serves as the Enterprise PMO General Manager at Saudi Post | SPL since November 2021, where Abdulrahman previously held the title of Enterprise PMO Director. In addition, Abdulrahman is a PMO Award Judging Committee Member at the Project Management Institute since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Enterprise PMO Manager at National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" from April 2019 to October 2021, Program Manager at Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants from May 2017 to April 2019, and Project Manager at MASAKEN for Engineering Consulting from May 2016 to May 2017. Additional roles include Project Manager for Enterprise PMO at Fakeeh.care and Quality Assurance Engineer for the Technical Committee of the Prophet's Mosque Expansion. Abdulrahman also completed a summer internship with the Holy Grand Mosque Expansion Technical Committee. Abdulrahman holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Alfaisal University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, and additional executive education from INSEAD and London Business School focused on executing strategy for results.
