Omar al Dukhayil

Omar Al Dukhayil has a comprehensive work experience, beginning their career at Saudi Aramco in 1998, where they held various positions up to Audit Manager. Omar then moved on to work at MOJIL GROUP as Chief Internal Auditor, followed by a role overseeing family investments. Omar later joined TAQA, where they served as VP-Internal Audit/Chief Audit Executive & Audit Committee Member. Omar worked at SABIC Agri-Nutrients as Head of Internal Audit before taking on roles at the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association, UVA Saudi Arabia, and the Institute of Internal Auditors Saudi Arabia. Currently, Omar is the Senior VP/Chief Audit Executive at Saudi Railway Company and serves on the boards of several companies, including Fakhr Investment Holding and SAMI Aerospace Mechanics Co. Omar also holds the position of Chairman at organizations like ArcelorMetal Jubail Co. and STAR.

Omar Al Dukhayil obtained a Bachelor of Science with honors in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 1998. Omar then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, graduating in 2004. Throughout their career, they have also completed various executive education programs in leadership and business management at institutions such as IMD, Harvard Business School, London Business School, and Harvard Extension School. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The IIA.
