Suliman AlKhliwi has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Suliman is currently serving as the Managing Director of Saudi Tabreed District Cooling Company, Chairman of Saudi Tabreed Operation & Maintenance, Chairman of Saudi Dhahran Cooling Company, Chairman of Saudi Riyadh Cooling Company, Chairman of Dhahran Valley Cooling Company, Chairman of Marafiq Cool, Board Member of Marafiq Red Sea for Energy Company, Board Member of Amwaj International Company, Board Member of Central District Cooling Company. Additionally, they have previously held the position of Vice President - Transaction Management at Saudi Water Partnership Company, where they played a crucial role in the organization's success in becoming a leading PPP procurer, managing tender issuance and achieving commercial close for multiple projects.

Suliman AlKhliwi completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University, starting in the year 1998 and finishing in the year 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at Cranfield University, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Management & Engineering. This program lasted from 2005 to 2006.
