Eyad Abbas

Eyad Abbas is an experienced Service Assurance Expert at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), a position held since January 2009, focusing on the assurance of call center systems and GSM/FIXED networks, while providing solutions to enhance work tasks, projects, and processes. Prior to this role, Eyad served as a Technical Support Specialist at Orange Jordan from October 2007 to November 2008.
