Farid Ismail

Farid Ismail has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Product Owner at stc since April 2009. Key responsibilities include developing epics and user stories, collaborating with agile teams for timely project delivery, and contributing as a business architect in digital transformation projects such as C2M. Prior roles at stc include Senior Business Analyst, where Farid worked on enhancing B2B customer journeys, and Business Architect, focused on reengineering business processes to improve efficiency. Farid also led data migration efforts, significantly increasing enterprise sector revenue, and contributed to the successful completion of system projects.
