Mubasher Rafiq

Mubasher Rafiq has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Technology Strategy Consultant at stc since November 2013, contributing to strategic planning efforts. Previously, Mubasher held roles such as Strategic Planning Specialist for Private Networks at Three from November 2019 to June 2020, and various managerial positions at Ericsson from 2006 to 2013, including Network Project Manager and Manager Project Office. Prior experience includes roles at Marconi Wireless and Paktel, starting as a Senior System Engineer. Mubasher holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, completed in 1995.
