Riyadh Aba-Alkhail

Riyadh Aba-Alkhail is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Governance & Quality at stc since April 2023 and has been a Board Member at YANBU CEMENT COMPANY since June 2017. Previously, Riyadh held various leadership roles at the Ministry of Investment from December 2006 to March 2023, including Executive Director for Licensing Consultation and Director of the Licensing and Investment Follow-up Departments at SAGIA. Key achievements include leading significant business process reengineering projects and serving on committees related to licensing and violations of foreign investment laws. Riyadh holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Manufacture and Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University.
