Abdullah Al-Issa currently serves as the Assistant to the President for Technology and Digital Transformation at the Saudi Water Authority, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Abdullah held the role of Deputy Minister for E-Health at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia from October 2022 to October 2025 and was the CEO of the Tawakalna Platform at SDAIA from September 2020 to October 2022. Abdullah has also been involved with the Ministry of Finance as the Deputy Assistant Minister for Solutions and Products for a brief period in 2020. Spanning from May 2007 to September 2020, Abdullah developed an extensive career at Elm Company, progressing through various positions that included Business Development & Delivery Director and multiple technical leadership roles. Abdullah's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from King Fahd University, as well as executive programs from IMD, Harvard Business School, London Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
