Asim Hakim

Asim Hakim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency response planning and risk management, currently serving as the Manager of Emergency Response Plans at Saudi Airlines since July 2013. Responsibilities include establishing guidelines, organizing training, and overseeing crisis management while ensuring compliance with government and international regulations. Previously held roles include Chief Specialist Emergency Response, Senior Specialist Emergency Response Plans, and Manager Emergency Response Plans (D), each focused on enhancing corporate emergency plans and mitigating impacts on lives and assets. Asim is also actively involved in various committees and task forces related to emergency response at Arab Air Carriers Organization, the International Air Transport Association, SkyTeam, and a government marine disaster committee. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology Project Management from Middlesex University and multiple diplomas in safety management related to the aviation industry.
