Khalid Khateeb

Khalid Khateeb has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as the Manager of IT Customer Support at Saudi Arabian Airlines since January 2003, overseeing worldwide IT customer support, incident management, and problem management. Khalid has previously held several managerial roles, including Manager of IT Risk Management and System Manager of IT Infrastructure, as well as positions focused on IT quality assurance and infrastructure solutions. Khalid began the career as a Cash Teller at Saudi American Bank in 2001. Khalid's educational background includes studies at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and Yanbu Industrial College, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2001.
