Tricia Culpepper is the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Saul Centers. Tricia has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has been with Saul Centers for over 10 years.

Tricia Culpepper has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Maryland. Tricia has certification from BOMI International in RPA and from the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission in DC Property Manager License. Tricia also has certification from the State of Maryland Real Estate Commission in Real Estate License.
