Tricia Culpepper

Tricia Culpepper has an extensive background in property management, with experience working for Saul Centers, Inc. since March 1999. In their role, Tricia oversees the operation, maintenance, lease administration, and fiscal management of retail centers, mixed-use, and commercial office buildings within the company's portfolio. Additionally, Tricia has served as the President of the Property Management Association, a regional association of 1,000 property management professionals in Washington, D.C. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
