Erik Kantz

Erik Kantz serves as the Chief Legal Officer at ATI Physical Therapy, having held various roles including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions since April 2016. Prior to this, Erik Kantz was Counsel at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP for over 20 years, where responsibilities included former Partner and Vice-Chair of the Business Group, with experience in both business and litigation sectors. Earlier in his career, Erik Kantz was the Partner and Director of Operations at CSC Communications from 1995 to 2000, founding a publishing and sports marketing venture focused on collegiate programs in the Chicago area. Erik Kantz holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University.
