Jim Taylor is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Higher Education Practice Group at Saul Ewing LLP, a position held since June 2009. Prior to this, Jim Taylor served as a Staff Assistant for United States Senator Bill Roth and worked with the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations from 1994 to 2000. Jim Taylor earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law between 1997 and 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Delaware, completed in 1997.
