Tom Aikin

Tom Aikin is a Partner at Saul Ewing LLP, specializing in Fiduciary Litigation and representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and non-profit organizations since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Partner at Freeman Freeman & Smiley from March 2011 to July 2023, where involvement included the Probate, Trust Administration, and Trust Litigation department. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Smith Campbell Clifford Kearney Gore from January 2007 to March 2011, managing various litigation, probate, and transactional matters for a diverse clientele. Tom began a legal career as a Law Clerk at Lowell & Robbin, working with clients in property management and real estate from July 2004 to December 2006, and also held the position of Software Support Analyst at TechFlow, Inc. from February 2001 to July 2002. Tom earned an LL.M. in Taxation and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Computation from UC San Diego.
