Doug Biggers is an experienced Project Director with a background in construction management, operations, and engineering. Doug has worked in various industries including renewable energy, commercial/industrial property management, and power plant design and construction. Doug's expertise includes overseeing site construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and managing subcontractors and stakeholders. Doug holds a JD Law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a BSME in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
