Graham Coddington has over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry. Graham began their career as a Structural Engineer at Brockette Davis Drake in 1999, where they worked until 2001. Graham then moved to Monroe & Newell Engineers, where they served as a Structural Engineer until 2003. Graham joined Saunders Construction in 2003 as a Project Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Estimator. Graham progressed through various positions such as Lead Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, and Senior Preconstruction Manager. In 2012, Graham became the Vice President of Preconstruction Services, responsible for overseeing all aspects of preconstruction efforts. Graham'sresponsibilities include budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, and building information modeling. In September 2018, Graham was promoted to the role of Vice President, where they focused on strategic market opportunities and project operations, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing clients' investments.

Graham Coddington earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Graham then pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1997 to 1999. Prior to their university education, Graham attended Woodberry Forest School from 1990 to 1993.
