Kevin Le is an experienced educator currently serving as an Instructional Coach at Santa Ana Unified School District since November 2018, where responsibilities include creating and facilitating teacher-centered professional learning and guiding Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) through Improvement Science. Previously, Kevin held positions as a Mathematics Teacher and Esports CTE Teacher, focusing on innovative and culturally responsive teaching practices, as well as Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and restorative instructional methods. Additionally, Kevin is the Equity Outreach Chair for Orange County CUE, actively planning events centered on equity issues and building partnerships with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience includes working as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Green Dot Public Schools California from July 2015 to June 2018. Kevin Le earned a Master of Arts in Teacher Preparation from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology between 2013 and 2015, after completing undergraduate studies at UCLA from 2008 to 2013.
