Gustavo Yunes Motta is a legal and business professional with extensive experience in founding and partnering in multiple companies, including G&H Partners, Any Credi, LOVA, and anyLife, since 2018. Currently serving as a Partner at Montgomery and an Investor in greentable and AoCubo, Gustavo has also held significant roles such as Partner and Board Member at Sauter. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Lawyer in M&A Tax at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and as a civil litigation lawyer at Dinamarco, Rossi, Beraldo & Bedaque Advocacia. Gustavo holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and has completed studies in Tax Law at Leiden University.
