With extensive experience at Netflix from November 2019 to December 2024, Sneha held various roles including Associate for Talent Intelligence & Strategic Programs and Creative Leadership Recruiting, where responsibilities included employer branding and sourcing top-tier talent for animation projects. Sneha's technical expertise is further showcased through roles as a CFX Artist and Creature FX TD at distinguished companies such as Cinesite, Image Engine Design Inc., Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Digital Domain 3.0, contributing significantly to high-profile projects like "John Wick 3," "Hotel Transylvania 3," and Disney's "Beauty and the Beast." Sneha holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California College of the Arts and completed additional education at Gnomon in 2014.
