Helen Orme has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Helen began their career in 2005 as an intern at Graduate Promotions, where they allocated marketing activity to student brand managers at universities. In 2006, they joined Sava as a Registration Services Manager, responsible for managing a membership service for over 3000 members and overseeing identity and criminal record checks. From 2010 to 2013, Helen Orme served as a Project Manager at Sava, where they achieved UKAS Accreditation and government approval for Kingfisher Future Homes and gained approval for National Energy Services to operate an Accreditation Scheme within the Governments Green Deal Scheme. Since 2013, they have held the position of Marketing Manager at Sava, where they have taken on additional responsibilities such as training delivery and organizing the Annual Careers Fair. In January 2021, Helen Orme was promoted to Head of Customer Engagement at Sava.

Helen Orme obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Business Management (Marketing) from Brunel University London. Helen attended the university from 2002 to 2005. In 2017, they completed a PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Additionally, in April 2022, they became a member of CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
