Sushant Vaid

Sushant Vaid has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Sushant started their career in 2006 as a Technical Support Executive at IBM, where they handled inbound technical calls and assisted customers with internet and email-related issues. In 2008, they became a TECH Lead at IBM, providing on-call and off-call support to the team and managing real-time queues. In 2012, they joined Savaari Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd. as the Manager - Corporate Sales, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising front-line staff, as well as meeting revenue generation and profitability goals.

Sushant Vaid completed their high school education at Scholar's Home from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, completing it from 2002 to 2005.
