Tom Deloose

Tom Deloose is an HR director at Savaco with over 15 years of experience in general management, change management, and human resources. They have held various leadership roles, including operations manager at PROlectro and general management positions at JUXTA architectuur and multiple fine arts academies. Tom has also developed strategic and organizational goals and has extensive experience in pedagogy and management consultancy through their ownership of tAg management. They earned a Master's degree in Latin/Greek language and literature from KU Leuven with the highest distinction and are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Facilities Planning and Management.
